Potential new project design. The layout is meant to be used with two single beds for twins.
The cabinet carcasses will be made mainly of paint grade MDF, with the drawer boxes out of pre-finished pine with painted MDF drawer fronts.

I came up with this table frame design. It will potentially be made of maple, and I intend to assemble everything with mortise and tenon joinery. I hope to find a cut slab of stone for the top.

These cabinets started with design from Madeline Moss at Moss Interior design. The cabinet carcasses are made of hard rock maple, while the face frames and gable ends are of paint grade MDF.
The client outlined specific requirements for each individual unit. The finish units stand 42″ tall and are 36″ in width.
